TAMPA, FL – September 29, 2025 – At Home by Benchmark, LLC and SimpliSolutions, LLC today announced the completion of their merger, officially launching SimpliSmart Home Solutions, Inc., a full-service provider of smart home technology, home theater, and home improvement solutions headquartered in Tampa, Florida.
At Home by Benchmark was known for its expertise in in-home audio/visual installation, home theater systems, and technical support services, while SimpliSolutions built its reputation by providing handyman services, home repairs, and general home improvement solutions. Together, the two companies will operate under the new SimpliSmart Home Solutions brand, delivering a comprehensive and streamlined experience to homeowners across the region.
